"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. "The room was spotless, the bedding and towels brilliant white with fluffy towels, the fixtures and fittings are dated but it’s only to expected with the age of the building. The young man on reception carried our cases up to the room, while the female receptionist advised her where to go for something to eat, we would definitely stay here again."

"This was our first stay at Marriott Keele. Finding the hotel was not obvious and TomTom didn't take us to the door, so signage could be improved. However, the check in process was excellent and the room was very good. The only thing that was missing was complimentary bottles of water and a good selection of tea/coffee, biscuits. There was plenty of room in the carpark and a Starbucks on the ground floor; I suspect this may be the reason for the limited supply of coffee in the room? The breakfast was very good and overall, it's difficult to fault this hotel for the price paid. I would happily return and stay with Marriott Keele in future."

"Gorgeous property, entrance, bar, decorations in the communal spaces all lovely. However, what I would call top show. We stayed in a room within the old building, which to be honest could do with updating. Carpets a bit on the weary side, internal doors not the best, bathroom needs upgrading, old bath either shower over, small head etc. bathroom window did not have an opening. Given our dinner was delicious we were let down by the Breakfast which was average and not what was expected of such an establishment. Pastries soft, buffet breakfast was pretty tough, scrambled egg, never had worse in fact it could have been powdered. Swimming pool was great along with the sauna, steam room etc. Overall we had a lovely time but improvements can be made."
