"Dining room restaurant chairs stained and dirty carpet dirty and beyond cleaning timber floors need sanding snd polishing understaffed Staff very friendly and helpful Television not tuned overall the hotel needs preventative maintenance very noisy facing canal could not recommend this facility one of the worst premier inn hotels I have visited"

"Room is clean and quiet. Air-conditioner is definitely a plus during heatwave. We were able to have a nice sleep after a day long activity. Staff are very helpful to accommodate our request. On Sunday, the bar closes a bit earlier, so we missed the last order time. But we were able to have a dinner at the bar on a weekday. The food quality is superb in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again next year."

"bit of tlc, for example the skirting boards were all knocked and the shower was leaking quite badly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good."

"The room was lovely although the rest of the hotel was tired and looked run down and closed from the outside. I would not have felt safe staying there if I had travelled on my own."

"Convenient access if traveling to and from nearby airports. Rooms are basic, but absolutely no airflow, even with a fan, and very difficult to sleep when the room is so hot. In general, this is feedback for many hotels that don’t have air-conditioning and it will be an health and safetyissue that is going to need to be addressed sooner than later."

"In this hotel romm was a fridge, ar fryer and microwave, never seen that before. A selection of cups, plates and cutlery completes the scene. Think it would be a good idea to add a coffee machine and sell pods in reception. Been there before and will definitely use it next time in Norwich."
