"We stayed for 1 night in a Superior Room. Room was excellent and was very impressed, best room we have had so far in the Norfolk Area. We ate that night in the restaurant, not cheap on first impressions but it really was excellent. Food quality and service were top notch plus marina view! "This is a charming independent hotel in a convenient location for Norwich centre. As with all hotels of its ilk it does not have the funding provided by the conglomerates but the plus side is its individuality and character. The staff were really good "

"Arrived early and the lady on reception arranged for our room to be made up to allow us to check in, above and beyond service. Lovely room and we were lucky to have air con on the hottest day of the year. Bar area nice we didn't eat so can't rate the food. Only slight niggle was there was no outside area to enjoy the sun"
