There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. "Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming"

"Sumptuous beds a mile high with pillow soft toppers and silken sheets. Staff lovely, restaurant nice. Had rear room so no sea view but still nice open field to caravan site and balcony a 6pm sun trap, perfect for a pre dinner read. The extras the hotel offer make it fabulous; a room to store paddle board, lending you wetsuits, beach and picnic stuff etc. Car park busy (July) but nice chaps managing to help everyone. South Sands in front of you, rather challenging hill to next door North Sands beach both on foot and driving the single track road. Parking in Salcombe the stuff of nightmares so lean into hotel shuttle but book more than a day ahead for evening restaurant jaunts as only 6 seats each hour. (Think they should increase frequency when over booked). Sea tractor/ferry to Salcombe lovely but £18 each way for family of 4. Would choose again."
