"A somewhat big area, poorly maintained, my chalet was in bad shape, small and built with inferior material (Have photos to prove).
On top of all that, it costs more in dollars than a good Disney Hotel such as Dolphin for example. This is a typical trap for uninformed tourist such as me. That being said, the region is amazing, full of nice places to stay and good food. Just avoid this place and you will be good to go."
"We received a very bright and confident warm reception upon arrival. The lodges are clean & new this year. The small kitchen was practical for our stay. We could either explore the wild wonders around Pedra Azul, agrotourism (eg. local coffee & strawberries) or sit in the jacuzzi and relax. The bedding was pretty comfy too. The environs in and out of the lodge, where as wonderful as at any high-end hotel that we’ve stayed in. I hope the team that cares for the lodges can continue to grow this...
