"This is a nice, quiet hotel and our experience was overall very good. The only reason for the three star review is that we found the staff was less than welcoming. They weren't rude at all, just unfriendly and diffident.
My wife and I have stayed in many hotels throughout Paris and the rest of France and the staff are generally welcoming and friendly. Not so much here. I rarely saw them look up from their laptops when we entered or left the hotel, not a bonjour or goodbye ever, didn't even...

The breakfast was lovely, but I wish the fruit tasted better and I wish there was hair conditioner. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect. We are staying there...

"The rooms are cleaned and staff professional. I received multiple emails before my arrival and I had made couple of requests that were ignored. I requested 2 single beds and did not get them. Requested a balcony facing the street did not get it. Instead I got a small room with a queen bed. This is my third year in a row staying here, first time my requests have not been honored."

But there should be some flexibility with check in times, especially when travellers have been in really long flights. My flight arrived an hour and half earlier than check in time but the hotel did not let me checkin at that time."
