I finally understood that there were water bottles and a water spigot nearby. But there was also a refrigerator close that I discovered later which is what I really was asking about. The room was very clean in general, but the couch had several visible stains. I mean, like very visible stains...... For the price paid, I would have expected a clean...

"Clean room, excellent location. On-site parking is very limited, no heating in mid May when outside temperature is mostly in the single digit C."
