"Otel merkezi yerde temiz ve düzenli bir otel ama ilk gün otel odasini toplanmaya gelmediler 2. Gün otel müşterisi olmama rağmen özel organizasyon denilerek otelin bar ve restoran bölümüne alınmadım. Bunca otellerde konaklama yaptım içlerinde diğer ülkelerde bundan cok daha iyi otellerde vardı ama hic birinde otel müşterisinin otelin barına ve restoran bölümüne alınmadığını ne gördüm ne de duydum hele ki dışarıdan gelen musterileri alıp otel müşterisinin alınmaması kötü bir davranıştır . "

"This hotel is the place to stay in Belgrade. It’s in the middle of everything. And yet, you’ll have a quit sleep because the y have excellent acoustic insulation. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast on offer is sumptuous. "

"Pros:Beautiful room, excellent location, full service restaurant with excellent food, 24/7 front desk, generous breakfast buffet, food pricing is relatively inexpensive and the quality is excellent. Perfect for a stay where you don’t want to leave your room too often. Cons: parking as it’s off site and somewhat pricy and unpredictable. Not alot of shopping nearby as it’s located in old Belgrade. "

"What a fabulous stay!! We stayed 1 night with kids and it was such a wonderful and convenient stay! Walkable to everything, staff were unbelievable! I honestly can say, I have never had such better service than I have with the staff here and we only stayed 1 night. When there was a question/issue, it was resolved right away. I am absolutely coming back to this hotel. I highly recommend it. The rooms were wonderful and cozy! "
