Get someone who speaks English!

I got to the train station at 6pm. There were no taxis. I called the hotel. The person who answered spoke Italian only. He gave me a number of a taxi station, which wasn't available. I ended up walking 1h20m in the cold, dark weather, sometimes with no side walks. I think he should've connected me to another employee, who speaks English, and figure out a solution. I didn't imagine there could be such a problem. After that everything was ok, room is spacious, clean, breakfast was decent. But if you have a guest stuck in the train station you could be a bit more resourceful to help him/her.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel, im Vergleich zum ersten Mal war das Zimmer ansich renoviert, aber leider hörte die Renovierung an der Badezimmertür auf, diese war komplett verzogen, so dass diese nicht geschlossen werden konnte.

Hard to find but worth the search

A very reasonable facility with good room, helpful staff, and quality breakfast. Drawbacks were the difficulty in actually locating the hotel, given that it has a highway address but does not sit on the highway, and pillows that were a bit hard.

Une bonne nuit de repos avant le shopping outlet !

Motel très calme à 10 mn en voiture de Serravallee, le temple de l'Outlet ! Bon accueil, bon petit déjeuner, chambre correcte. Pas de restaurant, il faut se rendre en ville à 5 minutes en voiture.

Bra hotell under bilsemester

Stort rum. Skön säng. Fräscht. Dålig frukost, endast bestående av sötsaker. Nära motorvägen vilket är bra när man är på bilsemester. Vi stannade bara en natt för att övernatta.

Cet hôtel est une bonne surprise. Nous allions a serravalle et cherchions un hôtel à côté. Il est effectivement à coté mais sans GPS, inutile de chercher, c'est introuvable. Il est au milieu de nulle part, dans une sorte de zone industrielle. C'est un motel à l'américaine où vous pouvez garer votre voiture devant la chambre, ce qui est vraiment bien après une journée à l'outlet. La chambre est propre, la salle de bain également, avec tous les nécessaires de toilettes et même des savates… franchement, c'est probablement un des meilleur rapport qualité/prix près de l'outlet.

いわゆるモーテル

いわゆるアメリカのモーテルです。部屋の前に車を止めて、目の前のドアを開けるとそこが部屋です。泊まるだけなら十分です。夜も静かでした。ツインを指定したところ、ダブルベッドとエキストラベッドが置いてありました。アウトレットからも近く便利。朝食は期待していませんでしたが、ハム、チーズ、パン、シリアル等あって十分でした。また利用すると思います。

Bon Motel

Seul bémol, lors de la réservation avec Expédia (par téléphone), il avait été enregistré une Chambre pour 3 personnes. A l'arrivée il n'y avait qu'une chambre avec un seul grand lit et du linge de toilette pour 2. Heureusement que notre fils a encore l'âge de partager de temps en temps le lit de ses parents.

Après notre séjour à Montgenèvre, nous avions décidé de faire les soldes à Serravales. Nous avons pu constater à notre arrivé à l'hotel qu'il était très bien situé par rapport à la zone commerciale environ 5 minutes en voiture. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres, quasiment côte à côte, c'était la solution la plus adapté car nous étions avec nos 3 enfants. La responsable est très accueillante et le personnel, un homme très sympa aussi.

A good nights sleep

A nice motel, absolutely quiet and not too far from the motorway. The breakfast was very nice, not just sweet cakes but also cereals, good bread, cheese, ham ... We felt very welcome and the gentleman at the reception was very charming. The only negative thing: There is no resturant for lunch or evening meal.

Close to Serravalle Outlet (5-10 minutes by car). Breakfast included which is not too bad. Almost no plugs available in the room, which was quite embarassing to recharge your device batteries. Air conditionning wasn't working very well. Decent hotel if you look for short stay at a low price.

Functional night stopover

Hotel located close to motorways to spend the night while on a long road trip. Nice rooms, good breakfast and 24hours reception make the job very well. The surrounding area is industrial area and not very attractive, but given the destination of the structure this does not matter.
