"Excellent customer service, the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle with coffee in the room but there was additional coffee available free in the reception area along with a water dispenser that did not only cold water but fizzy water too. The pool was excellent with plenty of sun beds available. Additional towels were provided by reception with no extra charge. There was a large car park outside. We didn't eat in the restaurant on site but it looked good as did their breakfast. We would definitely recommend the hotel. It was great to use a Brit hotel that had a swimming pool."

"Very nice hotel, clean, spacious, well maintained. Very comfortable. Staff a little dour and not very engaging, but my French was poor so maybe that was it, but the property was good."

"Stayed for 3 nights in October 2025. The stay was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, warm and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and done rverything to make my stay plesent. The property is in a very nice, remote, and quiet area. Chateaubriant is a ten minute drive away, with lots of nice restaurants. Dinner one evening was very plesent and good value for money. Would definitely return. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hotel was clean, had a homely feel to it and was very relaxing. Couldn’t ask for a better service when it comes to friendliness, nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic, breakfast and dinner comes with many many recommendations easily a 20/10 ;-) We will return for sure. "
