"Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. "On my first day, the housekeeping team tried to enter the room; on one occasion, they didn't even knock—they just opened the door. The room was clean because I had just checked in. On the second day, however, they never came to clean it. Everything else was very good: the pool was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was simple, with the fresh-brewed coffee machine being a highlight."
