"We stayed at the BON Hotel over Christmas break with our family—three children (ages 8, 3, and 1) and my 76-year-old mother—and overall had a very positive experience. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made traveling with young children much easier. We appreciated the daily replenishment of water, coffee pods, and the small chocolates—those details really added to the feeling of care and quality. Housekeeping was excellent; the cleaning staff did a consistently thorough job, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. Because of the size of the resort, there is a lot of walking. We rented a wheelchair for my mother, and the hotel was extremely accommodating. Golf carts were readily available and specifically dispatched for disabled guests, which made getting around manageable and stress-free. One of the biggest advantages of this property is that there is so much to do on-site that you truly do not need to leave. The food across the resort was overall very good, and the service was impeccable. Staff were responsive, professional, and available at any time via the service contact system, which made us feel well supported throughout our stay. Our main disappointment was the theme park. The website made it appear as though it would be open, but it was not. The only options within the park area were the Nektar restaurant and the Cirque du Soleil show. The food was excellent and we had proffesional shows on stagd every night, in addition to all the other activities. The beach was incredible and so clean!"
