Toilet was not clean. Had to move beds because I have a toddler and there was rubbish, old socks and dust under beds. Flyscreens need replacing, shower floor was dangerously slippery, The place is due for a much needed update especially for almost $250 a night. Staff were friendly though.

Accidentally left my Netflix logged in , called the next morning to get it logged out and was assured this would happen, it did not. Several days later someone was using my Netflix, I called them get them to sign out of my account but this didn't happen. Staff were amazing and very helpful. The property was clean and the swimming pools were very refreshing after a day of exploring the area. Very well located; a short drive from the Zoo. Food at the Brewery was well priced and tasty. There was a strange humming sound at night-time, which may have been the motor of the air conditioning unit of the apartment next door. Otherwise, it was a fantastic spot.

The staff were always kind, professional, and attentive to every detail, which made my stay very comfortable. The location is convenient, close to main attractions and with easy access to public transport. Breakfast was varied and of very good quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.
