Staff was brilliant and had good customer service. Probably the worse hotel stay I’ve had, weird noises at night from heaters and other appliances so couldn’t get a good sleep. Very good room overlooking the park. The heating worked well and quickly. The kitchen/diner area was very convenient. The breakfast choice was limited and quality average. We didn’t try an evening meal there.
