"The Riad is so beautiful! You feel like you're in Arabian fairy tail! The decoration is amazing!!! All the stuff are so kind and helpful. Everything is nearby. The area is better than city center. And it’s walkable. I definitely recommend this place ❤️❤️"

"The reception people were excellent to deal with.Very polite.
We had issues with one gentleman the morning we were leaving the hotel for the airport, as we came off the elevator the porter I assume started to grab our suitcases without us knowing who he was. We proceeded to the waiting taxi and he wanted a tip from us even though we did not need his assistance. Once we were in the taxi he argued with the taxi driver because he wanted a tip from the driver. This type of behaviour should be addressed to the person. It ruined our otherwise good experience at the hotel."

"Very central location, just off the main market square Jemaa el Fraa. Very friendly helpful staff, room was clean and beautifully decorated as was the rest of the hotel. The central square was lovely and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a traditional Riad."

"J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner au Four Seasons Marrakech et je tiens à exprimer toute ma satisfaction quant à la qualité de l’accueil et des services proposés.
Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été particulièrement impressionné par le professionnalisme et la courtoisie de M. Badr, à la réception. Son sens de l’accueil, sa disponibilité et son attention aux détails ont grandement contribué à la qualité de mon expérience.
La chambre était élégamment aménagée, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable, offrant un cadre reposant et raffiné.
Je souhaite également souligner l’excellence du personnel du restaurant Quattro, dont le service irréprochable et la convivialité ont été très appréciés. Les mets proposés étaient savoureux et servis avec beaucoup de soin.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour toute personne à la recherche d’un séjour alliant raffinement, confort et service de grande qualité."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely, from Zakaria at the desk and Ilham who was lovely and helped with anything we needed andYouness who interacted with us amazingly, the property itself has plenty space and never felt cramps, clean and cool, would Defoz reccomend to anyone, and would love to stay again "
