"The staff here are great. The carpets need to cleaned. If you walk around your room with bare feet they will be dirty. Also there was mould growing in some of hallways. We stayed in a room on the 5th floor. It looks great but I would not stay here again. They also need to do something about the noise from the street. We were woken up between 4-5am every morning with trucks reversing and collecting rubbish."

"Walking distance to local restaurants. Stuff was helpful and nice. No wait time for the shuttle to the hotel. (Hotel to airport will be every hour in the morning ) . Overall good place for next day flight !"

"We stayed in the tower with rhe construction and noticed that on Friday morning they started well before 9am (the start time on the letter left in the room). Besides that all staff members except the one i spoke to on the phone were nice. They don't provide robes or slippers. The bathroom has a bidet which was amazing. Its a 2 minute walk to the beach. A 10-15min walk to the centre of the strip (around Island Vintage Cafe). The lighting in the room is brutal and the lamp near the beds only had...

"Carlo was amazing when we were having breakfast and dinner. He was constantly helping us out and making sure that our meal experience was excellent. Nalu at the front desk was constantly helping us with places to go and see. He was also super kind when we were checking in. Both of these guys were an excellent reason why will use the hotel in the future."

"Beds and sheets were ehhh ok. Staff were super friendly though and the breakfast was great! Parking rates were ridiculous and street parking was hard to come by. Insane rates on parking at the hotel."
