"We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"We were not informed until it was too late to cancel our booking and receive a full refund that the pool and hot tabs were under repairs and not available. We chose this property exactly for the added amenities (pool and hot tubs) and since other Banyon listing did mention up front the on-going remodling of the recreational floor (and that's because we decided to book this property instead) we felt a bit deceived.
