"The Noise of the staff and others staying at the motel! I was on the ground floor, close to the office. At 5am, male employees (?) were outside speaking very loudly; at night people were outside partying, very loudly, nothing was done about it. The room had paint peeling over the bathroom sink and around the walls. There was only one small trash can to use."

"The atmosphere was very nice More representative of what the real Hawaii is like. The staff were all very nice. Pool hot tub snorkel gear paddle boards and kayaks were really nice to have available. Comfortable bed Seating not so comfortable but we didn’t spend much time in the room. The room needs some repairs ie door sticks linen closet needs repainting. Overall we had a very nice stay. Thanks for a pleasurable stay"

"I don’t even know where to begin. The whole building looks like it hasn’t been improved or painted since the 1970s. I cannot believe Wyndham would put their name on this building. The restaurant and bar they have was grossly understaffed and very overpriced. The in room air conditioner was so loud, it was like sleeping on the runway of the airport. "Our room was very small and uncomfortable, next to a stairwell that took half of the space. Check-in staff was rude."

"Hotel was under construction and we were not informed of this, dust and noise in the hotel. room was not clean, holes in the wall, dirty doors and walls, our next door neighbor was smoking weed on anon smoking floor and we complained several times, all together I was not happy about the hotel. Altogether not very happy with this hotel. I had higher expectation from Hyatt, I stayed at Maui and it was a beautiful property."

"My friends and I had a wonderful time at the Halepuna Waikiki by Halekulani. We very much enjoyed the minimalist style, and it offered the perfect balance of being close to a variety of activities and attractions, while also providing a relaxing place to unwind whenever we needed. Being next door to the Halekulani Bakery was the cherry on top. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable, and we will definitely return."

"Stayed for one night wouldn’t let us have a late check out. Who doesn’t allow late check out these days? Annoyed for the amount of money they charge."
