"Staff were great and even tipped a cleaning lady at the end of our stay. Tourism is there biggest source of income, therefore, everything was pricy and all expected nice tips. Nobody thinks of the housekeeping and she was thrilled. Nice pools but overran with children even before May ended. Would have liked an Adult designated pool. Beautiful landscaping and fountains. Pearl Harbor was a fantastic excursion, a real bucket list event. Would have rented a car but $79 a night just to park it was a...

"The atmosphere was very nice More representative of what the real Hawaii is like. The staff were all very nice. Pool hot tub snorkel gear paddle boards and kayaks were really nice to have available. Comfortable bed Seating not so comfortable but we didn’t spend much time in the room. The room needs some repairs ie door sticks linen closet needs repainting. Overall we had a very nice stay. Thanks for a pleasurable stay"

"Check-in staff was under staffed so there was a very long line (and wait) to check in. Also, the wait for the elevators at critical times (8am and 5pm for example) were kind of excruciating. Additionally, the parking was difficult under the building. Rooms were nice, quiet and comfy."

"Love that it was located by a shopping center with a grocery store and other stores to check out. Room was nice and the pool was needing a deep clean I didn’t swim due to it looking moldy."

"Was looking for a nice recently updated hotel in Waikiki that wasn't far from the beach. Outrigger Paradise was perfect for the cost. Very clean and nice hotel. Open lobby and kind staff. We walked, uber'd, and rode the bus to our destinations and the bus stop across the street was convenient. Tons of shopping and coffee places. Target was a block away inside International Marketplace and ABC was across the street. Cool taco stand up the block for a quick bite. No coffee shop in hotel but there...

"The room was in excellent shape upon check-in! Staff were very polite and helpful when needed. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of a full 5 is because parking being $44 per day AS A TENANT is criminal. Bring your own laptop or tablet if traveling with children too, because the televisions in the rooms come pre-programmed with movies and charge $24.95+tax to RENT a movie for a single play-through. Other than that, phenomenal!"
