"The Noise of the staff and others staying at the motel! I was on the ground floor, close to the office. At 5am, male employees (?) were outside speaking very loudly; at night people were outside partying, very loudly, nothing was done about it. The room had paint peeling over the bathroom sink and around the walls. There was only one small trash can to use."

"The atmosphere was very nice More representative of what the real Hawaii is like. The staff were all very nice. Pool hot tub snorkel gear paddle boards and kayaks were really nice to have available. Comfortable bed Seating not so comfortable but we didn’t spend much time in the room. The room needs some repairs ie door sticks linen closet needs repainting. Overall we had a very nice stay. Thanks for a pleasurable stay"

"its has access to public transportation route 42 goes to waikiki route 40 and 51 goes far as downtown honolulu route 42 also goes to pearl harbor and aloha stadium"

"The hotel smelled amazing! The staff from parking, front desk, to the room maid OUTSTANDING. This hotel (considering it’s much older) is clean, very well located, reasonably priced, and well maintained! We will definitely consider them again in the future. Our only hope is that Waikiki as a whole does away with parking fees!"

"Cassandra at the front desk was extremely helpful with mine and my families stay this Memorial Day weekend. She was very pleasant during our entire encounter and made great conversation. My family and I will be returning to this hotel again!"

"The staff from beginning to end was amazing and everyone in ballet was on top of it and awesome and housekeeping we're so courteous. The breakfast buffet was awesome and off at the restaurants were great. Thank you it was an amazing staycation!"

"My friends and I had a wonderful time at the Halepuna Waikiki by Halekulani. We very much enjoyed the minimalist style, and it offered the perfect balance of being close to a variety of activities and attractions, while also providing a relaxing place to unwind whenever we needed. Being next door to the Halekulani Bakery was the cherry on top. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable, and we will definitely return."

"Stayed for one night wouldn’t let us have a late check out. Who doesn’t allow late check out these days? Annoyed for the amount of money they charge."

"The only complain I have is that they were charging $50 a night for parking, I wanted to rent a car but because of that I didn’t."

"Love that it was located by a shopping center with a grocery store and other stores to check out. Room was nice and the pool was needing a deep clean I didn’t swim due to it looking moldy."
