"Best western took out the wi fi connection on the night before the last day of our stay."

"I would highly suggest an ARBnB for the extra fees we were charged we could’ve easily had a bigger place with a lot more amenities. The parking, as high of a price you pay daily it’s hard to secure a spot. Also save yourself some money and just get breakfast at Zippy’s the free breakfast (paid) made the room a little more expensive and for an upgraded menu it’s another $25. Not worth it."

"New, nice property. Integrated with a large shopping complex, so parking can be a challenge but there are reserved spaces for hotel guests. Breakfast was really good. Difficult AC controls in the room / wouldn’t hold desired temperature."

"We were in the "A" tower, which I loved the location and that it was a smaller tower (less people coming in and out, quieter) and our ocean view room had a great view of the ocean, pool and fireworks show. Our room was clean and refreshed daily but it just needs a update for wear and tear. As we were checking out the front desk told us they will be re-doing this tower soon. "Overall, it is a good hotel. But the room was EXTREMELY TINY. CLAUSTROPHOBIC TINY for a family of four, who reserved two beds. It was very difficult to have space for our luggage and comfortably walk around, eat food, ect. It is not what i expected from the pictures. It was a-lot smaller than pictured. The bathroom as well."

"The original room we had was tiny, but they upgraded us a couple of days in. clean and well taken care of property, the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"This was the best family stay that we’ve ever had. The staff is so nice. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and they prepared a nice welcome with drinks and chocolate. The Free Breakfast was so nice, and we ended up saving a lot of money by cooking simple meals in the kitchen in our room."

"Hotel is in a great location for food and activities like going to the beach. There's a lot of options within walking distance. We had 6 adults for our stay and had a 1 BR room. The first night someone had to sleep on the floor because the sofa sleeper mattress was wet and stained along with the couch cushions. Management told us they would replace it the second day. They only changed the mattress, cushions still wet and gross and refunded one days worth of resort fees."
