The mandatory resort fee was especially frustrating because many of the “included” amenities were unavailable. Museum tickets were listed as a benefit, yet some of the museums were closed during our stay. Charging guests for perks they cannot use is misleading. "I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."

"I choose Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach hotel because it has rooms that fits up to 6 people. That's great for families with kids. And because it is close to the beach, about 4 min walk. Staff were helpful and let us check in earlier. Breakfast was good. I would suggest adding fresh veggies and potatoes wedges every day. Free reusable bottles and water dispensers on site are awesome idea! Very pleased with our stay and definitely recommend to look into it."

"What we like is the low price through Expedia, and the free parking, and free shuttle to the airport. The room had a ceiling fan with a light that was quiet. The wall air conditioner was a little noisy and it automatically turns off and on throughout the night that kept us awake, but it does the job of keeping the room nice and cool. The free coffee and tea in the lobby was nice, but I would rather have the real creamers than just the powdered creamer. The room has a decent mini fridge in the...

"Wow. What a great experience! From the moment I checked in, until I checked out, the experience was memorable. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Management and staff really have it dialed in to make it an amazing experience for their clients. Above and beyond expectations: Reusable metal water bottles in the rooms, breakfast (for 1 person per room) each morning, clear and large gym that was a pleasure to use, very kind and very responsive housekeeping staff... The list goes on. So pleasantly...
