"Staff at check in we're rude and didn't provide detail instructions to the hotel amenities. It took to long to check in, and meanwhile my daughter had to circle the area for more than 30 minutes so I can get a garage access card. There's only one bar area for the evening and this area gets over crowded. We sat at the tables in this area, to have a few drinks, and we were told by the serving staff, that we had to move from there unless we were getting food. I am a Hilton member and this has been...

"The atmosphere was very nice More representative of what the real Hawaii is like. The staff were all very nice. Pool hot tub snorkel gear paddle boards and kayaks were really nice to have available. Comfortable bed Seating not so comfortable but we didn’t spend much time in the room. The room needs some repairs ie door sticks linen closet needs repainting. Overall we had a very nice stay. Thanks for a pleasurable stay"

"Absolutely awful! You can get a hotel for the same price or less on the beach. This place isn't anywhere close to the ocean. Not to mention the breakfast was awful, orange juice that tastes like water, generic, thin bacon! The temperature control in the rooms wasn't user friendly and froze when I slept. Dirty sheets. And even though it was far from the ocean, they still gouged you $40 a day for parking in a basic parking lot. If you're going to stay at a low quality place like this, you might as...

"The staff from beginning to end was amazing and everyone in ballet was on top of it and awesome and housekeeping we're so courteous. The breakfast buffet was awesome and off at the restaurants were great. Thank you it was an amazing staycation!"

This hotel (considering it’s much older) is clean, very well located, reasonably priced, and well maintained! We will definitely consider them again in the future. Our only hope is that Waikiki as a whole does away with parking fees!"

"My room was very old, chipped wood separated from the wall. Hand sinks were mold, handles were rusted with white buildup. Door was hard to open, door frame was loose separate from the wall. Paint chips everywhere no room service for the entire stay. Room was very old and poorly maintained."

"My friends and I had a wonderful time at the Halepuna Waikiki by Halekulani. We very much enjoyed the minimalist style, and it offered the perfect balance of being close to a variety of activities and attractions, while also providing a relaxing place to unwind whenever we needed. Being next door to the Halekulani Bakery was the cherry on top. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable, and we will definitely return."

"Checked in for a local staycation - a couple of items to should of advertised prior to booking my stay, there main restaurant was closed due to a private event which also meant the kitchen would be closed for room service. The beach access in front of the hotel was closed due to sea monk activity, which was not an issue but perhaps that info could have been posted on the hotel website? Lastly the room had some issues, the tub was dirty and the drain was not working properly, the AC did not work...
