"2nd time staying here and will be back!"

"L’hôtel est vieux et les chambres moyennes et que dire de l’odeur... Les lits sont inconfortables et beaucoup trop mous. Si l’un de nous bouge l’autre se réveille.En plus notre chambre donnait sur la piscine. Gros party jusqu’à 10h pm avec un groupe de musique et aucune insonorisation. Quand arrive et qu’on est sur le décalage horaire on dort à l’aéroport donc à cet hôtel en prévision d’un vol interiles le lendemain on n’est pas là pour faire le party. Notre vol du lendemain ayant été devancé...

"New, nice property. Integrated with a large shopping complex, so parking can be a challenge but there are reserved spaces for hotel guests. Breakfast was really good. Difficult AC controls in the room / wouldn’t hold desired temperature."

"The hotel was right in the middle of Waikiki which was fantastic! The view of the beach and Diamond Head couldn't have been better. Room was cleaned daily. Hotel a bit on the older side but didn't detract from vacation. Front desk staff could be a bit curt in response to questions, but otherwise a great stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of delicious food. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle free. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and many attractions, making it convenient to get around. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Close to the beach, shops and shuttle pickups for tours. I liked the refillable bottles and stations as I also brought my own refillable water bottles, however I wished they had more on other floors (as going down to the first floor can get very busy at times) as well as ice machines on every floor would be nice. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"Front desk lacked customer service Ignored customer service when I was checking in, gave me a bad view from my unit (I knew there were other similar units with better views available and was not asked for a preference) Also, when I inquiry about the properties services per answers were unpleasant as if she was bothered by me asking"

"Great views. Lovely staff, but not a great neighborhood to stay in. Too many homeless. Restaurants close between 2 pm and 5 pm at night. Unit is dated"
