"Condo worked out great. Great location right on the beach, clean and well stocked. On-site management (Kim) was very responsive whenever we had questions. The homeless camps in the area were a bit of a downer but all n all a great stay."

"Pictures were nothing like the actual place. Very dark and old. Very dirty, lots of hair in the shower and kitchen was dirty. Expected something nice and felt like I was lied to when we showed up. Bathroom shower was terrible and very flimsy sink. Door doesn’t fully close. Overall good staff but would not recommend a stay here. "

"I had rented 2 rooms, one with couple and other with 2 couples. The day we arrived the lights were out, could not get into the rooms, the elevator was not working, understand that the City was doing some construction work. Room #1 - for a Couple, original room was on top floor, first of all the key code did not work, second the room was in terrible condition, the bed was tilled on one side, the furniture was very old and not at all in good condition. After complaining, we got a little better...

"The toilet wouldn’t flush often, the door to the bedroom was by nailed open, the door between bedroom and bathroom was stuck and squeaked loudly, one drawer in dress was stuck and didn’t open or close, television needed 2 remotes with no explanation on how to use and one elevator was broken the whole time and the 2nd one kept breaking down…"

"There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! "
