"Hotel is older but comfortable. It is clean and maintained. The area is probably not the best in Honolulu but it is close to the airport and there is a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport."

"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."

"The best place to stay away from all things 'touristy'. The 2 Queen 1 Bedroom Suite was perfect for our family of 5 for one week. There was enough space for everyone. Breakfast was good with the daily omelette station and other hot and cold offerings; however, it can get busy. Evening reception was perfect at the end of the day and it, too, can get busy. Paid parking is perfectly located on the property with easy in/out access. Shout out to all the staff with their entertainment recommendations...

"I loved staying here. The beaches and pools were amazing. It had everything we needed and more! The Mai Tai's at Tropics Bar and Grill were so delicious to sip on while live music played in the background during happy hour! I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The entire property is recently renovated with very tasteful Hawaiian decor with lovely shades of blues and splashes of island colour. Rooms are very comfortable and the newly updated property shines in all areas. Most rooms have balconies comfortable for 2 chairs. A very good choice in the middle of the Waikīkī action and only one block from the beach. "

"I stayed there many times convenient to the airport and they do have a shuttle It’s an older property quite Spartan but if you’re looking for a high-end property, you might consider staying somewhere downtown"

"We stay here every time we come to Hawaii. The staff went above and beyond. Great location and walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. John and the Valet guys were helpful and knew all of the spots to go to. Room was clean and the views were majestic. Nightly entertainment by the pool was enjoyable. We’ll be back soon."

"Our room was very clean. It was exactly as pictured on the website. The linens were of high quality and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small, and we prefer a hand-held shower head, but we made do. The staff was super friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the 5th floor amenities: a small put-put golf, large chess board, shuffleboard, ping-pong table, cornhole toss, swimming pool, and hot tub. The hot breakfast was convenient."
