"I had a wonderful stay in the Laquinta and picked the Deluxe King Suite! I absolutely loved the modern vibe and the overall design of the room. "There were cockroaches in the room, I called to let them know we had already killed four big roaches and they couldn’t change our room due to availability. The shower was clogged and they went to repair it and it remained clogged even after maintenance. They promised a credit and did not specify it had to be used in the hotel, lost half the credit given. I will not be returning. I paid over 1000 for two nights including extra fees. Not worth the money"

"First off, be prepared to pay $60 for parking, which I wasn’t expecting. Secondly, you will also pay 2.5% fee to use your debit/credit card. Can you pay with cash? NO! Third, the hotel is hot and stuffy. And our room had a non stop drip in the bathtub. We were also charged double for our parking fee, and when I called they said that I would need to be transferred to “accounting” and of course they don’t answer. This place low key sucked, wouldn’t stay there again."

"The Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch is ok, but overall disappointing for the price.
Our room (king with sofa bed) was quite nice, with a balcony, kitchenette, large tv, and comfortable bed. It had a musty smell though around the entrance where the bathroom door is.
The lazy river looked fun but we didn't get a chance to use it, the pool was nice and we used that till it closed at 10pm.
