"No i accidentally selected the wrong date by a day and noticed immediately after I booked. Expedia nor the Hotel could help me. Lessons learned. Most likely wont use Expedia for anymore of my travels. Called Holiday Inn and booked a room directly. Great room and service!"

"The room was not what was expected. The lighting has really bad. There was no meat for breakfast. The air window vent had not been cleaned when we turned it on. The picture looked as if we were going to have an AMAZING stay. My mother had to go up and down stairs and she is 81. Though we did pay for two nights, we left at 6 that evening. "Ridiculed at by the owner for having a service dog and told Ellie, my service dog, that she was sorry that I didn’t love her. Ellie is my protector and I love her as much as she loves me. The woman then wanted to charge me a Pet Fee, requested papers on my service dog and wouldn’t allow us to stay in the room we booked. ALL ILLEGAL UNDER THE ADA.
