Ummmm good but not exactly what we expected
Well, the house is nice inside, plenty of space. Clean. But there are some things that were a little....well, there's a "shed" chicken coop looking building in the back that's full of garbage. There are pictures of it in the pics and it's not how it looks in the pocs- its just a place where trash was thrown and there's trash stacked on top of the sinks etc so you can't use any of that area. There is no gas grill, just a rusty charcoal one among the junk at the building. It says private walk to the beach- not true. You are about a one mile walk from the beach across busy roads, mostly without sidewalks. Not a Walk that I wanted to make with 2 adults 2 kids and a dog. It says on site snorkeling and hunting in the description. Unless you're driveway snorkeling I don't see how that's possible. And the pics of a swing next to what looks like a lake- no idea where that came from. Never saw it. So yes the house itself is nice but the location is very misleading on many different levels. The beach is nowhere to be seen without a drive to it. And the fenced in backyard is very small and the junky building inside it full of trash with rusty items etc should've been cleaned up long ago.
