"The room we stayed in was a queen suite on the 4th floor. The exterior windows were so filthy you could barely see out of them. The room smelled musty and the finishes were old and dated. Damage to the baseboards doors. The fridge in the kitchen handle was stained/dirty and it was extremely understocked. ..."

Bad things were: 1] phone in room [#1406] DID NOT work 2] old water bottle found stuffed behind the wall chair along with a trash can that had no liner bag & was hidden 3] there is NO A/C ..."
