"*We visited the resort for 4 nights for a family getaway with our two teenagers. Was off season so the resort wasn’t crowded. Staff was friendly, most were bi lingual, all helpful. * Upon arriving we ordered groceries from Publix via Instacart. We got a case of water/gatorade, frozen breakfast sandwiches, iced coffee, creamer, deli meats and snacks which covered us for the first two meals of the day. For dinner we walked to the boardwalk, which had a couple of Restaurants there. Our favorite was Floyd’s Steakhouse. We did not eat at the resort based on reviews. * The resort had beautiful views of the ocean. There were two pools, the main one with water feature and the second was a smaller heated pool. We spent our time here when we weren’t at the ocean. Got busy in afternoon but were always able to find a lounger. Towels also on site. * Ocean was lovely. Rented chairs one day and used the free loungers in the grassy area the next. We also rented a boat one day and went to Crab Island which was a lot of fun. Lots of food vendors on dinghy’s selling all kinds of foods (not alcohol). Scary part was crossing the main road to get to boat rental place. * Room was OK. Always felt sand in the floor, even when we checked in. Hotel has been updated in some ways, but lacked a full length mirror and extra blanket. Air didn’t have a fan either, so was on or off. Smokers on balcony were frustrating as it went into our room. Lots of little costs added up. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"The rooms needed to be deep cleaned- splashed drink or liquid dried on the walls, paint splatters on the floor, walls and mircrowave. Furniture was damaged and dated and peeling. Updates and renovations in the room look like they were completed by someone who has limited maintenance experience. Gap at bottom of the door was at least 2 inches- they taped paper to the bottom to cover the gap. Unable to make room completely dark due to the blinds. Light in my eyes all night. Breakfast was mediocre at best- I went out for breakfast most days. I will say the front desk person Crystal was friendly, helpful and had lots of information. The gentleman behind the desk, I am not sure of the name, was much less so. When I was in my room on day he attempted to enter my room with no explanation. I told him not to enter my room and did not need any service for my stay. The situation felt off and weird."

"I booked the beach view patio room and WOW the view was breathtaking. I will definitely book again. Easy access to the beach. The room did not come with a safe, but other than that I enjoyed my stay. "

"Everyone that I encountered was so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and even tho we only stayed one night. It was a great stay."
