The presentation for the tea and coffee in the room was excellent and a really nice added touch. The breakfast choices were good and cooked on individual requests. A great place to stay . Thank you. "Really lovely little gem in the centre of Leicester. It was giving boutique hotel vibes and despite us only being in the room for a short period, it was lovely and reasonably priced. We didn’t realise we had to book a parking space though and ended up parking opposite in the hospital multi storey. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and we had a snug smaller sized room but would visit again for sure! They could have done with another staff members on the desks on the Sunday morning as the check out queue was really long. "

"So much better than I expected. The bar area, restaurant and huddle areas were all so beautifully done and the food and drink lprices were very reasonable. Plenty of electric car charging available. All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and modern. Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough."

"Great stay, lovely polite stay and facilities why brilliant. Clean, tidy and spacious rooms finished to a good standard. Beds were comfortable. Only downside would be maybe some of the soundproofing between rooms especially where there is an adjoining door. Whilst in bed the sound of the light switches in the neighbouring room could be heard. Saying that I’d easily stay here again."

"We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. We have previously stayed at the hotel a few years ago and had no problems. Yet this time when we went in the sofa bed was not set up. We spoke to the lady in reception who came back to the room with covers and we were told it was normal that guests set up the sofa bed ourselves. We struggled to get it flat and when we raised this , it was implied that it was our problem and there was no other rooms. The sofa bed had no mattress and was incredibly uncomfortable. The sofa bed is not very large and has large arms on the side. It was not really big enough for our two children to sleep on. I can’t recommend anyway staying if they have to use the sofa bed. The hotel itself is basic and clean. The breakfast is cereal and toast and was what was expected. Apart from the bed the hotel had everything that was needed."
