"This place has the biggest rooms for the price, but you’ll find that the rooms are a little rough around the edges. A hook was broken off the mirror, there were dings and stains on the furniture. When we arrived there was a big moth in our room, which isn’t the worst but it made me wonder how it got in if we had kept the sliding door closed. Also 20 for parking with no valet? "The hotel was beautiful, clean, and I loved the breakfast here. The young man who attended to us at night, however, wasn’t very friendly. In fact, seemed like he could care less to have to deal with anybody at night. He left me feeling icky. But otherwise, great stay. The young lady that attended to us in the morning was amazing! "

"The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. I felt safe with the location. The girl at the front desk when we checked in was a little cold, not very good customer service. Unfortunately, though that is common these days. There’s a $20 per night parking fee that is not disclosed when I booked the hotel. "It seems to be relatively safe in the area. The location is convenient to get on the major highways. The room I stayed has a view of Bay Bridge. The downside is that it doesn't seem to have ventilation in the toilet/bathroom."
