"This property is undergoing major renovations and is like a war zone. There is dust and fumes everywhere. Parking is limited for check in due to construction vehicles taking up spots and the make shift lobby is found by walking through cluttered hallways and temporary signage. None of this was conveyed at time of booking or in the days prior to check in. Luckily we had a wonderful receptionist named Connor who when asked about compensation for the mess & inconvenience, offered to check...

"The breakfast menu was great! The person who puts on the breakfast continued non stop refreshing with hot food and making sure everything was clean, refilled, and in working order. On another note -The hot tub was running when I got in it. When the jets shut off after the other party departed I noticed it was dirty and everyone in my party received a rash/ irritation from where the jets hit us. "

Reserved one of the jacuzzi rooms, and the room was HUGE and the jacuzzi was absolutely phenomenal and would absolutely recommend upgrading to the room if you can. The room itself was very clean, had everything I could need for my stay, very quiet even though the parking lot was full everyday, and overall it was a great stay.
