"This is a nice hotel with great walkability to shopping and restaurants in the Mosaic District. Parking is a little inconvenient (across the street) as there is very limited space to pull up and unload luggage, especially with the large trash bin taking up one side. Breakfast is minimal - but there's a breakfast/pastry/coffee place next door. One can tell that this hotel is pet friendly...they really need to invest the pet fees on shampooing carpets."

"The breakfast selection was nice, but wasn’t anything over the top. It was pretty simple and straightforward. Nice to have the option. Parking was fantastic super easy. Lots of space. The room was mostly clean, but there was definitely details. Missed there was something smudged on my shower curtain, which doesn’t feel great. You can tell the hotel is a little bit older and yet they do a nice job. There was a mistake made where somebody was trying to get into my room because they wrote down my room number even though the keys were not programmed to my room. It was a little unsettling to have somebody trying to get in, but I ended up opening the door to let them know that this room was occupied and then called the front desk. They said that the person never had access to my room and apologized, but that experience is unnerving. I felt brushed off like what happened wasn’t a big deal. The positives are there is a ton of space in the room. Bed was comfortable."
