Before they would say welcome back and now they treat me like Im new to their property every time. Also they act nervous with people appearing to be foreign where before their staff was comfortable ..."

"A comfortable, clean business hotel with the added advantage of an onsen on the ground floor. Conveniently located in the traditional area of Yamagata on a bus route from the station. Breakfast in the top floor restaurant was buffet style."
