Das Frühstück war sehr gut, eine sehr große Auswahl. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, fehlende Dichtung der Duschtüre. Bett sehr bequem, Wlan stabil aber teils nicht das schnellste. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Hotelrezeption sehr gut und professionell. Restaurant schlecht. Beim Frühstück wurde nicht abgeräumt und eingedeckt. Buffet auslagen nicht frisch. Kein frischer Salat, Tomaten im ganzen. Abendbufett nicht gut zubereitet und präsentiert. Nachtisch billig und einfallslos. Das wenige Servicepersonal war überfordert aber trotzdem freundlich.

Das Hotel überzeugt mit seiner erstklassigen Lage direkt an der Skipiste. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich, und das Personal ist freundlich. Allerdings war das Frühstück etwas begrenzt in der Auswahl. Trotzdem würde ich aufgrund der tollen Lage und des insgesamt positiven Eindrucks gerne wiederkommen.

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett, umsichtig und höflich. Wir hatten eine "Suite" in der 6. Etage gebucht, um mehr Platz und eine schöne Aussicht zu haben. Das angepriesene Zimmer mit entsprechender Süd-Aussicht, welches auf dem Portal beschrieben wurde, bekamen wir nicht, sondern Nordseite. Dieses wurde uns aber nach höflicher Anfrage umgetauscht. Leider stellte sich in der ersten Nacht das nächste Problem dar. Der Schlafbereich auf der Empore war unnutzbar, da hier keinerlei Luft abziehen konnte und die Wärme sich dort staute, obwohl wir im Raum unten durchweg die Balkontür geöffnet ließen. Keine Luftzirkulation tat sich. Wir konnten nicht dort schlafen und nutzten somit die kleine Liege unten. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Personal, kamen sie auch hier entgegen und boten uns ein Zimmer auf einer der unteren Etagen an. Immer stets freundlich! Leider war auch das Toilettenbecken sehr tief angebracht, eher was für Kinder. Die Duschvorrichtung (hier in der Wanne) könnte mal erneuert werden. Das Abendessen (Halbpension) war teilweise nicht genießbar, aber reichlich vorhanden und es wurde immer nachgelegt. Auch hier waren alle Kellner*innen sehr nett und umsichtig.

Das Servicepersonal an der Rezeption und im Speisebereich war flink und freundlich. In einem 4-Sternehaus erwarte ich täglichen Zimmerservice zu regelmäßigen Zeiten. Es fand nur alle zwei Tage zu unregelmäßigen Zeiten und Leistungen statt. Insgesamt ist das Haus schon recht runtergewohnt. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. MfG J.Hierse

Tæt på liften.

Dette hotel i Oberwiesental ligger tæt på det lille, hyggelige skiområde. Vi havde bestilt overnatning med halvpension. Buffet både morgen og aften var rigtig lækker. Værelserne var fine, men ældre, så det trak en del ind af vinduerne, hvis ikke de store gardiner blev trukket fra. Desværre svar der problemer ved indtjekning ing, så vi fik først vores værelser klokken 18, selv om der stod kl. 15 i beskrivelsen. Ellers en god oplevelse med fin service og venligt personale.
