"Main complaint but there were many- no sleep due to loud room ac unit -they did try to repair but not able to. It was impossible to sleep- when the AC compressor in room 322 cycled on it was so loud and resonated throughout the entire room which made it impossible to sleep and against all rules of inn keeping. Brian the head maintenance guy was great hardworker did his best but the unit needs replaced. On top of that there was no real lobby area- no place to congregate - boardwalk access was...

"If you have young children, don’t trust the pool lifeguards. They watched several children, including mine struggle in the water and had no interest in helping out. Spoke with management and they could care less. I would highly look elsewhere if you care about the safety of your children! Worst hotel pool experience of our lives!"

"Just perfect, 1 block from tge sand and the air show, Thunderbird and more. Plenty of spaceious parking 2 min from the property. Family room had mini kitchen and supplies. What more can u ask for."

"On a family trip heading home from Wildwoods NJ, we decided we weren't ready to head home. We ventured to Ocean City last minute and found a great rate for two days at his hotel. It was maintained well. The pool was clean, towels always freshly stocked, elevator and entry way always clean. Our room was clean upon arrival. We declined room service but were gladly provided extra towels. The gym was clean and had great equipment. In terms of location, EXCELLENT! It's literally on the boardwalk....

"Rooms were outdated with paper thin walls (we could literally hear drawers opening and closing from next door). Bathroom was gross (shower head had black spots so didn't use it for the night at all). Indoor pool wasn't clean and needs immediate cleaning. Outdoor pool was okay."

"Ocean view from our bed. Being right on the boardwalk means convenience, views, but also a little more noise. It's an old building, but we loved the antique dresser, the crown moulding, the paint colors. The bed was comfortable. The little coffee shop was great. Staff were so friendly. Wi-Fi was terrible on the second floor. We'd stay again"

"Definitely would not stay here again. There is zero soundproofing and the beds are the least comfortable I've ever slept on. They said we couldn't park a second vehicle due to capacity constraints but that was BS because there were plenty of spots available. Overall, crappy experience. Avoid at all costs!!"

"Staff was very friendly, the rooms were well kept and the AC unit in the window kept the room cool. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the parking is pretty tight, but manageable. This will definitely be on my list of hotels to come back to when I visit the ocean!"

"My favorite part about this hotel was the location. Although it’s not in Ocean City proper, it’s a quick drive over the bridge and much better to me than some of the places we’ve stayed at off Coastal Highway. The room itself was spacious and clean. We had a room with two double beds and a sofa. I like that there wasn’t carpeting which makes a difference at the beach. The bathroom was pretty clean except for I did see some mold in the tub area and the faucet on the shower handle was loose....
