"The place was close to the botanical forest and a gas station and a market. Breakfast was easy. The room was clean and it had a fridge with a freezer that was nice."

"Beautiful place to stay with spectacular views. We stayed in a dog friendly cabin and loved walking the trails. Heated pool was very enjoyable. Great food and bar with a very friendly and helpful staff. Lot’s of things to do with the available boats, paddle boards and games. Trolley to the downtown was fun to use. Hope to return next year."

"The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff was kind. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything in the room next door. The bathroom works, but needs help. It was a great location, but a lot of money for not such a great property."

"This property is fabulous and it's on top of a little hill which overlooks BoothBay. Totally renovated. Super cute inside. Has a small living room with a small bar for Happy Hour . "Reasonably clean property but there seemed to be a lot of corners being cut. Checked in at around 10:30 pm after a long cross country flight. There were no sheets on the sofa bed or the comforter pack in either of the two rooms we booked, so we dealt with that. Next morning went in for a shower and the shampoo was all empty - nothing at all. Went downstairs and there were no glasses for water. Overall it is a clean property but has a lot of quality issues in their service. And the staff...
