"This was the Best Place we have ever stayed, hands down! Plenty of parking. Upon arrival and check in, you are made to feel very SPECIAL. You are given a bag of goodies, and made to feel very welcome. And if that wasn't enough, when we arrived at our room, the TV said "WELCOME THERESA" that was yet another personal touch that they actually treat you as a person and not just a room number. The staff, they were ALL so friendly. The breakfast staff was so polite and helpful. The food was great."

"Disappointed, Valet parking only, but you have to go over to their station and request help with luggage. IL saw them watch a senior couple struggle with their luggage as they were talking among themselves. They didn't assist my daughter at all with loading the car. They were not busy, just no service.
During my stay, the cleaner made up one bed in a 2-bed room and left the other bed unmade. When I informed them, they asked me questions about whether I had personal items on the bed, I didn't. ...

Although I overlooked the parking lot. It was still nice to have a nightly breeze from third floor. Overall a nice experience."
