"This property is top notch. Is is not brand new but is well manicured, the valet staff were on top of things. Check-in was a breeze and check out was even easier. Multiple pools allowed for people to spread out and beach access was easy. 10/10 WILL stay here again! "

"Our biggest complaint is that the TV in the room didn't work. It wasn't just our room, it was the whole property. The first day we arrived and it wasn't working, the staff said they were working on getting it fixed. The next day we saw a Xfinity truck so we had hope it was going to be fixed, but no. Xfinity said nothing was wrong on their end. The message on the screen said the device was not activated. We stayed FIVE nights and it was not fixed when we left. Of course we weren't there to watch...

"We love the Beach House! It’s our 5th time there and we love it. The rooms are big and clean. Ashley the bartender on the porch is always so friendly and having the tiki hut live music all day is a huge plus. The food is also amazing! They recently changed the menu and it’s great! Leider hatten wir dieses Hotel anlässlich unseres Geburtstags gebucht…aber es war die schlimmste Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise. Wir hatten bereits im Vorfeld angegeben, dass es sich um eine spezielle Reise handelt und um ein schönes, ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Unsere Anfrage wurde weder vorher beantwortet noch hat es das Personal beim Einchecken...

"The hotel is extremely aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t look at many photos before booking so I was very surprised. The person that completed the interior design should receive an award. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a perfect location nearby countless restaurants and bars. This was my first trip to Savannah and I’ll definitely stay at this property when I visit again. Thank you for your hospitality. "
