"The staff was very nice. The location was convenient to the airport but not convenient to walk anywhere. You definitely need a car to get to any restaurant or store which is the only downside I saw because not everybody travels and rents a car. The only other problem with the location was the shower bathtub was very slippery. There were no safety strips down and I found getting into the shower could be a hazard. "We arrived very early and we were able to get an early check-in, so that was great. Room was big and very clean. Airport shuttle left at appointed time."

"Great staff! There was a mishap with my reservation at another hotel and it was a weekend of spring break, soccer tournaments and other events in the New Orleans area. It was practically impossible to get a hotel that night. I called this place and the receptionist was lovely and not only did they find me a room, they went the extra mile by offering to hold the room for me while I purchased the reservation on Expedia. That level of customer service is appreciated."

"The rooms left a lot to be desired. The beds sank the moment you say on them. The faucet in the bathtub and sink leaked constantly. The curtains were barely hanging on. The door was loose with no safety chain."

"Day front desk gentleman was very helpful to the best of his capacity. Had to change rooms, tub was awful and couldn't shower the whole stay ( 5 days) due to filth. A couple of big functions going on in area so all hotels and such were booked otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend until major improvements are done."
