"Very clean renovated room. Close to River, and downtown area. Eas 3 minute drive to Casino. Located on a side road next to Church. Easy access and plenty of parking. Will stay again."

"There is a good amount of parking. The rooms were nice could use a little bit updating. The showers were the thing I enjoyed the most water pressure was great. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"I booked a room on Expedia as a non-smoking king size room. When I checked in they gave a smoking room king size and was told that since I booked through a third party this is what I had to take. Not thrilled and the room and floor smelled terrible. Room service was not offered so I had to beg the staff for clean towels and wash clothes for the second night. Overall the hotel and casino was nice but not thrilled with the resort fee charges that everyone seems to be getting away with nowadays."

"Parking was easy and the AC did keep the room cool. Accommodations were comfortable and the balcony at back of room with the river right outside was very pleasant. Would stay again."

"I booked here for the view of the river from the room, and it was amazing. The room was very spacious. However, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling away. You could see light all the way around the door. The eaves on the river side was rotten with missing parts that had fallen away. The toilet was so low it seemed like a daycare toilet. There was hair and a bug in the bath tub."

"When I first arrived into room ,the floor was not swept,dead flies on window sill,curtains that were not hung properly holes in curtains. No outdoor seats or table like every other room had,had to take next room over when they left.Day 2 toilet was plugged had to ask for plunger and do myself. I was told at check in I would have to ask for clean towels so I knew that.But being reserved for 3 days should not have to ask for more coffee or cups. TV very small to see from beds. "The inn was quaint and quiet. It was set up beautifully for being in Bryson City. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfy feeling. The breakfast every morning was delicious and had many options to choose from that would cater to all types of dietary needs. We added another day to our stay at the last minute and the inn was extremely responsive and easy to work with.
