The staff runs some fun activities daily at the pool for both children and adults. Location is super convenient to downtown Palm Springs, Indian Wells Tennis Garden and hiking trails "

"We were so glad that we chose to stay here instead of one of the lower priced. Hotels, like BW. Such a nice resort. The pool and Jacuzzi area are beautiful, clean and refreshing. The staff are hospitable and helpful. As you walk through the breezeways, you feel cool because there’s a lot of shade on the INTERIOR of the resort. Next time we’re going to try to book a room with a little patio. And the smell of blossoms from the citrus trees all around you is fantastic. A wonderful on clave."

"This property is not a real Westin property. It has few amenities. Food not available until 11am. Not the place to stay if you are looking for the conveniences of a hotel. It’s next door to another Westin however we were told it had not associated. Confusing. The rooms are very worn down. Furniture is worn, shower caulk is old. Same price as next door. Would not recommend and also find the listing confusing with another Weston property right next door. "

"Housekeeping staff are challenged with the volume of rooms requiring cleaning. I’m ok with every other day however 4 days is too long. Staff try hard and are engaged. Outdoor pool is great. Loved every minute of pool time. Laundry was closed due to Reno’s. Reopened prior to our departure. Software to run the washer and dryer can be a challenge. Would go back to this hotel as the location is excellent. Quiet yet close to attractions, downtown and airport. Breakfast is included in room price and breakfast is excellent. Morning coffee is plentiful and excellent quality. "
