"Very disappointing. Walls in the bedroom were covered in scuffs alongside a large hole. Carpets are stained and there are stains around the sides of the shower tray. There is also a £5 parking charge per night. It seems a bit silly to charge for parking for a hotel in the motorway services. How else are you meant to get there 😂. When I spoke to reception, I asked them if my room had been cleaned. The answer I got was that the hotel was at full occupancy (presuming he was meaning that we couldn’t be moved). The staff member did give us breakfast the next for our inconveniences. Honestly though, pay the extra money and stay somewhere clean. As if there is an issue with your room, they may not be able to change it for you."
