"Name of hotel is a misnomer. It is not even listed in the local e-hailing app and quite a distance from Jeju Airport! Front office staff could not communicate even in simple English.

"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for a corner suite for a family of 4. The location is great, plenty of restaurants close by within walking distance. The hotel is having some renovations: a KFC food chain is being installed and the roof top pool is being built, and other retail stores."
"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. The room service food was great too, though I wish there were more selections and extended...
