"The reception staff when we checked in was not friendly and didn’t welcome us or explain any of the amenities. Our bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the tv did not work, couldn’t get channels on at all. The shower had low water pressure. Then after a rough night of sleep with the hard bed and hearing a guy snoring in the room behind our bed, the breakfast was nothing much. They had cereal, toast, yogurt and cups of fruit was all. I would not ever stay here again!"

"I booked this hotel for a stay near my grandkids. I ended up with a medical emergency and tried to contact the property several times prior to check in with no response through expedia. Because I couldn't be there, I told my daughter, who is over the age needed to check in, to just go and take my grandsons and swim, use the room. When she arrived she was told she wouldn't be able to check in. The attendant said the room would be refunded. After speaking with her, I wanted confirmation from the hotel so I contacted expedia for confirmation, they reached out to the hotel and spoke with someone else who at that time stated they would not refund. So they lied to my daughter after not allowing her to check in and use the room. So they basically ripped me off and stole my money. I was even ok with credit for the next time I was down there. This person said they would not do that either. If this is how they treat their customers no wonder they aren't busy. Terrible customer service, lying, and stealing. Unacceptable. I will be disputing the charge and filing a complaint with the proper companies."

"Nice clean hotel!! Comfy sized room (two queens). One of the better breakfasts I’ve head at a hotel. A little noisy since it’s next to a main highway coming in to town. But we got used to it. Worth being so close to Rum River BMX!!"

"Very nicely decorated space with a cabin feel. Very clean & kitchen stocked with all we needed for cooking. With it being winter the gas fireplace was warm, comfy, & romantic for our get away."
