"Definitely the best hotel this close to the Expo center, with friendly staff, clean, quiet and a free breakfast. Parking is small and limited, not great for trucks and semi’s. "

"Pros: close to restaurants, theaters, and grocery store. Spacious. Staff is responsive and friendly. Cons: The code I was given to unlock the front door did not work, even after they changed it (three times). To be let in, I had to call the staff and they would unlock the door remotely, every time. The location is good but does not feel safe at night. The hallway and staircase is dirty. The coffee pot did not fit the machine - it was much shorter than necessary so the coffee did not get released into the pot and spilled all over the counter. The TV in the living room took a full 15 minutes to connect to the satilite. The toilet seat and lid had bleach stains all over them. The air vent blows DIRECTLY into your face when lying in bed. "

"Didn't stay checked in went to our room it was dirty not clean, their was nail clippings still on the nightstand, stains on the bed comforter stuff splattered on the mirrors just to name a few. We walked back out to checkout and refund our night and went to find a new hotel."

"Parking was a bit strange, but not terrible. Room was not clean (old gloves, false eyelashes, etc), certain outlets weren't functioning, fridge temperature was way too high. For a short stay it was only mildly inconvenient. Staff was kind and helpful. Very affordable and served the desired purpose."
