"Upon checking in, we were each given a drink ticket, good for 3 cocktails. Our room also included and excellent dinner buffet and breakfast buffet! The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent staff! Very friendly ! And they have their own, enclosed, parking garage! "

"Hidden fees they don’t tell u about or are in real small print, WiFi is pathetic at best. They don’t even take care of the WiFi it’s a phone call thing u have to do. And finally if u compare the hidden costs to the other hotels it’s cheaper to go to the more expensive with no hidden fees"

"Room was ok but missing the frig that was shown in the photos. Well lit at night but still didnt feel safe outdoors with kids loitering and partying in the parking area. They're making a lot of improvements to the property!!! Super comfortable bed!! Nice shower, very small bathroom. "

"Beds were comfortable and it gave us a good place to rest before a very early surgery time at OSU. The hotel is dated and they were working on the parking lot. "

"Pros: close to restaurants, theaters, and grocery store. Spacious. Staff is responsive and friendly. Cons: The code I was given to unlock the front door did not work, even after they changed it (three times). To be let in, I had to call the staff and they would unlock the door remotely, every time. The location is good but does not feel safe at night. The hallway and staircase is dirty. The coffee pot did not fit the machine - it was much shorter than necessary so the coffee did not get released into the pot and spilled all over the counter. The TV in the living room took a full 15 minutes to connect to the satilite. The toilet seat and lid had bleach stains all over them. The air vent blows DIRECTLY into your face when lying in bed. "

"Didn't stay checked in went to our room it was dirty not clean, their was nail clippings still on the nightstand, stains on the bed comforter stuff splattered on the mirrors just to name a few. We walked back out to checkout and refund our night and went to find a new hotel."
