"Very clean room "

"I liked the hotel, but the pool was way too cold, and no one bothered to clean my room in the two days I was there."

"Convenient when flying out early they have a shuttle and you can call to book your room and do park n stay. It's 9.00 a day for parking but better than waiting and waiting in the airport parking lot . The room was clean I just think it's in need of some touch ups and repairs for a Hilton affiliated hotel. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for."

Instead, I booked a double queen and although the room was nice enough, they put my daughter and I on the 4th floor with a bunch of families surrounding us. All I heard was kids and mom yelling and babies crying late into the night and early in the morning.
