"I flew in to CMH around 1am and called the hotel for the shuttle. He was there to pick me up in less than 5min! Then the sweet woman at the front desk made me feel welcomed and made sure I had everything I needed since it was late and there was nothing open to get food or to buy anything I may have forgotten. She was personable and friendly. Breakfast was perfect and check out was quick! The rooms were clean and quiet. I will absolutely stay again!!"

"Extra clean rooms especially the bathroom! I have a thing about showers that I havnt cleaned myself. Usually I can feel a layer of soap scum if it hasnt been cleaned well enought but the walls of the shower in our one bedroom suite was pristine. We had a third set of towels even though there was only two of us. Breakfast was superb! Bagels, bread, toaster, hot fluffy scambled eggs with topping options, perfectly crisp bacon, optional oatmeal with tons of toppings yogurt and and a make your own...

"I was not expecting the housekeeper to replenish my towels and rags and remake my bed lol. It just shocked me because in my head, I was going to ask for more, whenever I had arrived back at the hotel. Lol nothing big, it just made me smile."
