"We had a great stay. The location was ideal and right along a paved trail that follows the river. We enjoyed the indoor pool, and hot breakfast included with our stay."

"The issue was when we checked in there was a water problem to the degree that there was no running water from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. so you couldn't flush toilets or anything like that. If you wanted a hot shower you had to take it before 9:00 a.m. when the water shut off. This was not posted anywhere on Expedia and in fact resulted in us leaving the hotel a day early because you could not even relax and enjoy a visit to Columbus because you had to rush and couldn't go back to relax at the hotel because there wasn't water. The staff did their best it wasn't their fault. I think we should be credited back at least for one day."
