"Needed more staff…bellmen took forever, valet was sometimes overwhelmed. Would have liked a concierge to answer questions, help with reservations, directions, etc."

"Property is beautiful, nice, clean rooms. Spacious bathroom. Ideally located to the Palace theater. The bar in the hotel was nice and happy hour had great, reasonably priced drinks and food. Valet parking was very convenient."

"Was told they would comp my parking by the Manager. but the staff said she would not.Other than that, we had a great stay!"

"There was one elevator running for the whole weekend , no free bikes like advertised, breakfast wasn’t free had to pay for it . The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . "
