"The hotel impressed me with its coziness, cleanliness, and convenient location. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a restaurant and a bar! We stayed at the hotel with our family, there is a children's corner downstairs with lots of different toys. The room was clean, the view from the 6th floor windows was incredible! "From the pictures, I thought there was a washing machine- there wasnt. There was a sofabed instead of a bed and my back is suffering. Apartment is new and modern- very nice though travellers come and go all day and night and the walls are thin.Not enough body wash for 4 days and no info about how to get more. Location is close to grocery shop, transport and Mcdonalds. Area is a bit derelict but I felt safe. Communication was extremely poor.They requested to be told the time I would be arriving...
