"We stayed 3 nights at the New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven the price is right and the service is really nice. The best thing was to met Jahn who helped us plan our trip through India. He made really good suggestions and showed us what is possible. Without him we wouldn‘t experience India completly. "Decent customer service but room had a foul smell, no window and no hot water. Wasn’t very clean and also there were cockroaches and some other bugs present. TV remote had no batteries and the fridge provided in room was moldy everywhere. I would not risk going there, thanks. "
