We were originally supposed to stay at another hotel in town but it had bed bugs so we booked this one last minute and everything was wonderful the staff was amazing breakfast was good we will definitely stay again

My new go to for a quick overnight stay in s. OKC

For the amount of money for the room, it was worth every cent. Staff was courteous from check in to check out. Room was clean and comfortable, as well as spacious. Parking was sufficient with every space being relatively close to entrance. Plenty of places around to eat, even at 10 pm. We didn’t use indoor pool, but looked clean and inviting, and we would have used had our stay not have been an impromptu emergency visit. Breakfast was decent, slightly better than run of the mill continental. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, and some fresh fruit, as well as a few breads and pastries, and of course coffee!

I have stayed here several times the room was large and well appointed. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe inside and out. The area has some homeless but the staff makes sure the area is safe

I booked my reservation online. Tim at the front desk was very talkative, asking a lot of questions why we were there, but appeared friendly. The room was stuffy when we arrived and took a while to cool off. We went to get some food nearby, lots of options. There are no wall plugs on the nightstand to plug in your phone. So if you wake up at 3am, you need to go across the room to get your phone. There are plugs in the corners on either side of the beds, but you need a long charging cable. The shower had good pressure and hot water, but felt it needed a hand rail in the tub. There are shelves in the bathroom to separate and hold your toiletries. The refrigerator and microwave both worked well. This was our one day to sleep in, but we were awakened by a phone call at 8:30am by Terri. We only paid for one day, but she wanted to know if we were still in the room and if we were only staying the one night. When we walked out the door, the housekeepers asked if we were leaving. We asked the front desk clerk why we were asked when we were leaving and she indicated she had been doing this for 15 years, so that housekeeping could get a head start on cleaning the rooms. She was very argumentative with my daughter and we left feeling very unwelcome.

Please treat your guests like adults. My husband and I stayed at the best western plus last night. By 930am they called us and asked if we were going to stay another night, waking us unnecessarily after we had checked in after midnight. Check out time is 11am. By 10 til 11am housekeeping was at our door asking to clean. We were out by 11am. I think it’s poor business practice to treat people this way.
