"Overall the hotel is very nice. The indoor courtyard is really cool. My room was very clean I enjoyed the view from our window. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars: 1) in the pool area, there's a large round paved circle that obviously used to be a hot tub they took out - come on, for the high prices this hotel charges, they can afford to keep the hot tub running! 2) Elevators were slow, we often found ourselves waiting extended times to come up/down. Didn't help 1 of the 4 was out of service. Also there was a large volleyball tournament in town and some of the teenage girls kept tying up elevators playing some kind of tag game going up and down floors to chase after each other. The staff really should have done a better job curbing that during busy checkin hours as it really inconvenienced everyone else. 3) Two of the three in-hotel food options had very limited morning hours, so not exactly a useful amenity if they're mostly closed."
