We are NOT coming back

We booked the “honeymoon” room - this was a joke. Barely a window in the way-to-low ceiling. Small bathroom with bad water pressure, fan doesn’t work. Smelly water from the sink. Hard bed. No curtain on the window. The list goes on.. we we definitely not coming back, when though the location was good. Way to expensive for the bad standard.

Malgré le côté « automatique », quelqu’un vous répond au tél en cas de besoin. Le logement était très bien situé, peut être trop… même si nous étions hors saison (octobre),!un premier étage donnant sur une jolie place, des doubles vitrages auraient été appréciables… boulé quies indispensables. La chambre était agreable, assez grande. Il faut trouver l’astuce. Pour maintenir la lumière pendant la douche, qui fonctionne aux mouvements. Un système d’allumage classique serait aussi bien 😉. Olbia et ses quelques ruelles et places autour du rbnb en font un point de chute agréable avant de découvrir, par exemple, les îles de la Maddalena (très chouettes). L’aéroport est tout près. Merci en tous cas.

Wouldn’t recommend!

Don’t book this hotel! Here’s why: Smart lock to get in. It unlocks with your phone. Until it didn’t. In the middle of the night we got locked out of the hotel and couldn’t get in our room. The key on the phone stopped working. The number we were supposed to call we did call several times but no answer. After half an hour we finally found another number in the booking and finally a guy answered. Not apologetic, just disturbed that we had called?! We finally at 01 in the morning got a new key so we could access the room..... not worth it to go through all this. Another thing is in the hotel description it says “daily cleaning”. We didn’t notice any cleaning, emptying of trash or anything during our entire stay. We had to take trash to some public bins on the streets. We received no code to the WiFi that worked and asked through the number provided. No answer until the last day of our stay. So the last few hours we could use the WiFi... And last but not least there was a window in the ceiling that faced another building with windows. People could see right in to the bed and there was no possibility to cover up the window. That also meant no way to make the room dark. If you are taller than 170cm you can not stand up straight in the room we had in most of the space in the room. And if you are taller than 190cm your feet will stick out from the bed because it’s a bit shorter than a normal bed... Any plus? Location.

Solange man keine anliegen an die Rezeption o. Ä hat alles Prima . Jedoch nur eine Rolle Klopapier für drei Leute... Ging zum Glück gut.... Laute Umgebung aber Top zentral. Für eine Nacht in der Stadt zu schlafen super.

Séjour agréable au centre historique d'Olbia

chambre bien située. Par contre, pas d'accueil, il faut prévenir 24h avant son arrivée ; cette information n'est pas assez mise en évidence dans l'annonce. Pas de wifi et soucis avec la télécommande de la climatisation. Gérant très aimable, grande chambre confortable. Très bien situé, dans le centre ville touristique et historique.
