This hotel is in an excellent location; close to the pick-up point for Excursions as well as very close to the main town. The hotel was clean, very well kept and breakfast was excellent.

We were treated to an early check-in after an overnight flight. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was impeccably clean. The breakfast the following morning was outstanding. I highly recommend!!

Beautiful property with a full and delicious breakfast included! Close to the old town and water front areas to walk around. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only word of caution is the air conditioning isn't very strong. The room never really cooled down to what westerners might be used to, but still comfortable to sleep with a light sheet.

It is a great location. The property is exclusive, nice attentive staff at front desk. Great, large room and wonderful bathroom. I enjoyed the bath tub, that is rare. I would come back.

it is a nice hotel for a one night stop if you're waiting for a flight or to catch a cruise ship. the staff was pretty nice, but we had asked for a taxi to the airport and she told me an hour and a half was plenty of time to allow. unfortunately our driver got hung up in a traffic jam, she ended up scrambling to get another taxi and we barely made our flight. even though the airport is close, allow plenty of time for unseen delays. it was a stressful start to our vacation. breakfast was good, rooms were clean--overall nice, but not many amenities. a bar in the lobby but it was never open. . .kinda weird layout.

The room was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable and added bonus was the beautiful porch off the room that you could leave the sliding glass doors open and enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast buffet as previous reviewers indicated was outstanding. I would say the only negative is that coming from outside. You have to go up steps in order to get your luggage into the lobby. There is no bellman and there isn't a ramp so you have to carry your luggage upstairs. I would imagine you probably could ask staff to help you if necessary, But that is the only negative associated with the property. Otherwise a perfect stay in a lovely City.

Wonderful friendly staff, very clean, good location and the added extra was parking - which in a busy city is a real bonus (could just do with a clearer sign). It is located on a roundabout, so expect traffic noise.

We had a one night family stay with breakfast included. Excellent hotel with facilities in line with 4-star superior status. Nearby free parking very helpful for those who have a car like we had. There are good bars and restaurants within a 10-min radius on foot. Only reservations I have was about a continuous whirring noise I could hear in my room: it somewhat interfered with my sleep and I'd suggest the hotel to look into it and take measures to minimise it.
