In my case it was about 200 Euros I declined to pay."

"This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. The man at the front desk who checked us in was so polite, helpful, accommodating and they spoke both English and Italian. They also allowed us to shower in a room after we had checked out, since our flight was not until 7:30pm. They booked us a private car to pick us up at the Santa Teresa ferry port which was over 90 minutes away.
